Our next processor delivery date will be on August 16th, 2010.   The grass has been tremendous this spring and summer, with the beef showing the results in the field and on the plate.  Let us know if you're interested because it will fill up fast!  Beef for this date will be ready for pick up or delivery sometime around the end of August, just in time for Labor day.

Every beef is dry aged.  The cost for a whole beef will be $989.00, and a half is $495.00 to Missouri Grass Fed Beef,LLC.  A $500. deposit is required to reserve your beef with the balance due two days before delivery to our processor.  Half beef orders require  full payment upon placing order.  We will accept personal checks from Missouri only or will be happy to accept you debit or credit card.  We use paypal for online checkout which will allow you to pay electronically with a debit card,credit card, or bank account.  This is the safest way to pay for both us and you.

 The customer will be responsible for the processing and packaging cost for their beef which is due the processor(M & M or Swiss Meats) at the time of pick up or delivery. 
Current processing charges are $45(per beef) and $.44(shrink wrap), or $.64(vacuum wrap) per lb. Processing costs will run apprx. $200 for a whole beef with the shrink wrap option(half beef  is half that).You may have it quartered if you want your own butcher to cut it for you.  We can work with you on shipping your beef via UPS or FED EX for out of state or long distance orders.  Please call us at 1-877-807-BEEF or email  customerservice@eatmograssfedbeef.com   if you have any questions and we'll be happy to assist you.
