Grass-Fed Half Beef

A half beef will be about 195 lbs on the rail (hanging weight) and will yield approximately 150 lbs. of packaged, take-home meat after allowing for dry-aging weight loss and bone reduction. This will take up approximately 5-7 cubic feet of freezer space.

The cost for a half beef will be $615.00 + processing and packaging charges, depending on the type of packaging you choose: vacuum or shrink wrap.

Grass-Fed Whole Beef

A whole beef will be about 390 lbs on the rail (hanging weight) and will yield approximately 300 lbs. of packaged take-home meat after allowing for dry-aging weight loss and bone reduction. This will take up approximately 10-14 cubic feet of freezer space.

The cost for a whole beef will be $1230.00 + processing and packaging charges, depending on the type of packaging you choose: vacuum or shrink wrap.
